our payment policy

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • online banking
  • cheque

 

What are your terms?

  • Once we receive confirmation of your valuation request, you will be asked to provide your credit card details as security of payment
  • You will receive an invoice with your report copy
  • You then have 7 days upon receipt of invoice to pay by cheque or online banking
  • If payment has not been received within 7 days the credit card details supplied will be charged
  • If the card is declined, or is invalid for any reason, our debt recovery agency, may charge you a fee equal of 25% of the unpaid portion of the invoice amount, and other legal and collections costs not covered by the fee
  • If you don't have a valid credit card, we will require an upfront deposit before releasing report
